Editorial Policy

Open Access Policy

Wisdom Management Journal believes that open access publishing enhances knowledge sharing, accelerates discovery, and amplifies the impact of research by making scholarly work accessible to a global audience. Therefore, we are committed to the principles of open access, ensuring that all published manuscripts are freely available to readers worldwide without any subscription. Users can read, copy, download, print, distribute, reuse or link to the full text of articles without prior permission, provided the original work is properly cited. Authors can retain the copyright of their work. All articles are permanently archived and preserved in digital repositories to ensure long-term accessibility.

Wisdom Management Journal offers open access to content following the completion of final proof corrections (without any waiting period for issue compilation). In cases where a full-text PDF is unavailable (e.g., conference abstracts), a link will be provided to contact the author directly for further details.

Retraction Policy

At Wisdom Management Journal, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the published scientific record is paramount. Articles may be retracted under circumstances that compromise the reliability of the research. Retraction serves to correct the literature and ensure readers are informed of unreliable or flawed content. The retraction process is handled transparently and fairly, following the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

In the pre-publication stage, the author can withdraw the submitted article by sending a written request with valid justifications. In the post-publication stage, if any reader or third party complains about the content regarding issues such as fraudulent data, duplicate submissions, plagiarism, or copyright violations, the publisher may retract the article from Wisdom Management Journal after discussing with the concerned editor with a note of retraction. In such cases, the authors may be prohibited from submitting future manuscripts for a specified period. The issue may be reported to the authors' institutions, funding bodies, or other relevant authorities for further action. In cases of severe misconduct, legal action may be pursued if necessary.

Copyright

Wisdom Management Journal permits authors to retain full copyright of their work without any condition. Authors are free to share, upload their articles to any repository or personal website, and reuse content from papers in posters or presentations without seeking permission from the journal. As part of our Open Access Policy, all published articles are freely available to everyone on the Wisdom Management Journal website.
